What if something still goes wrong?
Served is designed to keep people in the loop instead of replacing them and relying solely on our system. Our allergy assistant simply allows staff to have access to tools needed to Serve safer, and users the ability to communicate easily.
Can my friends and family use it even if they don’t have allergies?
Yes, the Served app is made for everyone! Whether they have an allergy or not, family and friends can input your allergies in their filter options to combine your dietary needs with their own. This makes it very easy to find safe places to eat out as a group, by taking into account everyone's dietary needs.
What if the restaurant I want to eat at isn’t partnered? Will I still be able to see allergy information?
If the restaurant that you want to visit is not partnered it will still appear on the app, however, its interactive allergen menu will not be available. Therefore, we encourage users to add these restaurants to their Wish-list, so that we can communicate to the restaurant that customers want them on the Served app!
